UKABCS Support for the International Conference on Advanced Computational Models in Medicine and Biotechnology

Conference Date: 15 December 2025 (Hybrid: London in-person + online)Application Deadline for Support: 10 December 2025 (23:59 GMT)The UK Association for Biotechnology & Computational Science (UKABCS) is pleased to announce a dedicated Support Scheme for researchers, faculty members, and students wishing to attend or present at the International Conference on Advanced Computational Models in Medicine and Biotechnology. Through this programme, UKABCS will provide a 50% reduction in registration fees for eligible participants, whether presenting abstracts or posters, or attending without presenting. This initiative is designed to reduce financial barriers, foster inclusivity, and empower researchers across all career stages, in full alignment with UKRI standards of transparency, fairness, and accountability.

Why This Support Matters

For many researchers, the cost of international conference participation remains a significant barrier. UKABCS is committed to:

  • Expanding access for students, early-career researchers, and academics worldwide.
  • Strengthening scientific exchange across disciplines and geographies.
  • Promoting equity by offering support to both members and non-members under fair and transparent criteria.
  • Building capacity in computational sciences through international collaboration.

What the Support Covers

  • 50% reduction on the fixed registration fee set by the conference organizers.
  • Applicable to all participation types:
    • Abstract presenters (oral or poster).
    • Poster-only contributors.
    • General attendees without presentations.
  • Support applies equally to online and in-person registrations.

⚠️ Important: The full registration fee remains unchanged by the organizers. UKABCS covers 50% of the fee through verified support.
